There is nothing complicated with the cars on the website – we have the cars under CARS on site, inspected, and ready to be handed over to the customer.
COMING SOON – are cars already purchased by us for us or for the customer, which may be ready for loading at the auction site, on the way to the port, ready for loading at the port, or on the ship already on the way?
SOLD – are cars sold by us, which are also imported by us.
On Facebook, we mainly cover two types of posts about car sales – BUY NOW and AUCTION. We add basic technical data to the car offer. We also try to add information from the report and, if necessary, if there is not enough information and we are interested in the car, we can also make an additional request to Japan.
BUY NOW – these are the cars that can be bought immediately at a given price. But at the same time, the same car can also be at the auction, trying to get a better price or getting there later if someone doesn’t buy it. If you want to buy a car, BUY NOW, write to us on Whats Up, Messenger, or info@topinvestcars.com. We will make an inquiry to Japan, and if no one has booked the car right before us, we can book the car, and within a few days, an invoice for the car purchase will be issued, along with internal transport in Japan, loading and packing of the car into the container. We will then forward this invoice to you, and it has to be paid within one working day. Next, the car is prepared to be sent to the port, where it is then loaded into the container, and the container is shipped here.
AUCTION – is buying a car at an auction. Auctions take place on specified dates and times. The price can be submitted to the auction no later than 1 hour before the start of the auction, but we would like to receive it one day earlier due to the time difference in Japan, i.e., by 19:00 of the previous day. The auction usually has a defined starting price, and one cannot bid less than that. However, there are also exceptions where there is no starting price. We recommend that you discuss this price with us, and we will be happy to help you find a realistic price for the car. Then, we will place a bid according to our agreement, and after the auction, we will know the result. If we get a positive result and our bid is the best, the further process is similar to the BUY NOW process (see above). If we win the auction, we will also send you a screenshot of the program, where you can see the price you won with and, if you wish, in case of a loss, also by how much we came short.
Next to the pictures of the offers, there is always a report about the car. We will try to get you the maximum information from that report, and, if necessary, we will also consult with partners in Japan about the condition of the cars in the case of older cars, and we will add the necessary information. The report also has a general quality designation with the numbers 5-3 and the letters A-D. The number mainly shows the general and external condition of the car, and the letter shows the condition of the car inside.
4.5 – 5/A/B – is a new car or a car equivalent to a new car
3.5 – 4/C – is rather ok, but there are small defects or dents somewhere, some wrinkle on the seat, or the seat is a bit broken somewhere
3/D – is a car in a slightly worse condition
R – indicates that the car has had some body parts changed, painted, etc., such as a spoiler being installed.
These combinations can vary and differ by car brand, especially for American cars, and it is always worth asking for additional information.
To participate in the car auction or reserve a BUY NOW car, we are happy to accept a deposit of 1000 euros from you, for which we will issue a booking invoice. At your request, we will return this amount within two working days immediately after you have sent us a written request to this effect at infoattopinvestcars.ee.
PS! If a car on our website under the heading COMING SOON catches your eye, book it before the car arrives because it will be significantly more expensive after that.

The calculation of the cost price of the car is as follows.
The following must be added to the cost price:
1.Internal transport in Japan, packing in a container, customs clearance and container loading approx. 1200 – 1400 euros (for bigger cars like Cadillac Escalade etc. it can reach up to 1800 euros) +
2. Container 900 – 1200 EUR (depends on the country of origin and the size of the car) +
3. From the amount received 10% customs duty ( Estonia, Holland, Germany … ) +
4. VAT + from the amount received
5. Port costs and customs clearance 350 EUR
Example: car purchase price 10,000 + internal transport etc. 1,300 + container 1,200 = 12,500 x 10% = 1,250 x 22% = 3,025 + 13,750 = 16,775 EUR including VAT
